The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental humanitarian organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

In the framework of Humanitarian Land Transportation of Refugees in Jordan, the IOM Bids Evaluation and Award Committee (“BEAC”) now invites interested bidders to submit Technical and Financial Proposal for Humanitarian Land Transportation of Refugees in Jordan in connection with Humanitarian Transportation.

The Technical and Financial Proposal shall be submitted in original and duplicate copy and should be received either by hand to the BEAC with office address at 12 Suhail Majdouba Street, PO Box 4880, Tila’a Al Ali, Amman no later than 4th of October 2018 at 12:00pm Jordan time.  No late proposal shall be accepted.

The ITB includes the following documents:

Section I. Letter of Invitation

Section II. Instructions to Service Providers/ Consulting Firms

Section III. Technical Proposal – Standard Forms

Section IV. Financial Proposal – Standard Forms Section V. Terms of Reference

Section VI. Standard form of Contract

You are requested to acknowledge receipt of this letter of invitation within (3) three calendar days of receipt to the undersigned by e-mail at AmmanProcLog@iom.int  with clear indication whether you intended to submit a proposal and whether you will submit a proposal alone or in association[1].

The Bidder will be selected under a Quality–Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP.

The BEAC reserves the right to accept or reject any Technical and Financial Proposals, and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Service Providers/ Service Providers
