The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental humanitarian organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

IOM now invites interested Jordanian Service Provider/Contractor who have demonstrable experience in implementing Power Backup Systems to submit their proposal for Implementation of a Power Backup Solution for IOM Main Building, Amman, Jordan. The project is broken down to two (2) phases: Phase 1 - Technical Assessment and Phase 2 – Design, Installation and Maintenance of the selected solution or system.

Full set of RFP documents with instruction to bidders and Scope of Work can be obtained by emailing IOM on with a letter of interest from 02th to 04th of April 2019.

Service provider must conduct a site visit or perform a comprehensive analysis of the mission’s services to determine feature sets of the power supplies for the options described in SoW from 07-April-2019 to 11-April-2019, 10:00 am at IOM Main Building and the proposal should be submitted in accordance with the instruction set in RFP by 09-May-2019.


IOM reserves the right to accept and reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of a contract, without obligation to inform the effected bidder/s of the ground of IOM action
